Why This Blog Exists

Over the years, I’ve helped B2B software companies grow from messy MVPs to clean Series A rounds. I’ve been in fundraising rooms, written exit decks, and helped untangle stalled enterprise deals in Friday afternoon war rooms.


But I’ve also worked outside of SaaS. Launching products in retail, advising pharma leaders, and seeing firsthand how entirely different industries generate demand and close buyers.


That blend gave me one key insight:
